Madhusudan Shekar is Principal Evangelist at Amazon Internet Services where he brings his experience of building products and transforming IT teams to advise and enable new organizations at scale. Prior to this Madhu was head of engineering and platform at Ezetap where he built a smart payment platform that integrates mobile payments into enterprise systems. Before that he was the CTO of TATA Motors transforming the IT organization to enable a mobile and cloud first transformation. He was also responsible for bringing to life TATA Fleetman which is an IoT based vehicle and driver performance management system. Prior to that he was the Director of Advanced Customer Services at Oracle, Service Area Leader for Digital Channel Transformation at IBM GBS and various roles at Siebel Systems in the Bay Area. In the last two decades he has deployed some of the largest systems for customer journey transformations at DirecTV, Societe Generale, Deutsche Telekom, Matsushita etc.
